Ginny is a sweet, older girl who is looking for a warm cozy home to retire in. She loves to be petted and loves to hang out with people. She is on the older side but would still enjoy short walks outside. She would do best with older children due to her age. Ginny came to us from Lane Co. Animal Regulations through our Second Chance Program.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS I.D. tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!

Look at this peculiar object discovered in an Egyptian tomb in 200 B.C. Sure does look like an airplane doesn’t it? Is it the scale model for an aircraft?

And check out these carvings from a temple in Egypt from about the same time…sure does look like planes to me!

And finally have a gander at this “trinket” which is over a thousand years old and was found in the coastal regions of South America….sure does bear an uncanny resemblance to the space shuttle doesn’t it?!

1/2 cup dark rum
1 cup BUTTER

Show your kids how cool Sesame Street Once Upon a Monster is by taking them to the web site!

Lol. Below are a couple of screenshots, showing the Monster Grrhoof, that I was talking about in my latest radio commercial. When your kids play Sesame Street, Once Upon a Monster, they get to teach Grrhoof how to not scare the cute little Puffalopes. Grrhoof is cute, isn’t he?

So in this frame, Elmo and Cookie are teaching Grrhoof how to be more “sociable” lol. Your kids control the action (with the Kinect motion sensor) and help teach Grrhoof how to dance, wave, and just be silly. Fun!

Here, you see Elmo and Cookie about to take the NEW improved Grrhoof to meet the Puffalopes!

My kids LOVE the cute, cuddly, fluffy Puffalopes. Especially my 7 year old!

Like I said in the radio commercial, I can’t tell you how this chapter ends – lol. Guess you’ll hafta have fun yourself and find out ;)

A four-inch long LEECH!! Skip ahead to about :55 to see this nasty little bugger!
This thing had been living inside this poor 16 year old’s windpipe for eight weeks!! Doctors say it is not very common for a leech to survive inside the body for this extended period of time. The boy apparently drank water from a stream infected with leech larvae. Ugggh!

Woodley’s owner had just parked the RV outside of a grocery store and ran inside to pick up a few items. But Woodley apparently grew tired of waiting, so he released the handbrake and headed down the hill where he was parked. And observers said he did a great job driving and he avoided hitting any pedestrians or cars in his mile long journey! Fortunately a passerby saw what was happening and he was able to run and catch up with the vehicle and hop on the side and engage the handbrake from the driver’s window.
