It’s Portland’s Next Top Dog Model contest…..and I’m going to be one of the judges! See the info below and submit your pics today or tomorrow!

Who will be crowned Portland’s Next Top Dog Model?

LexiDog and Hotel Monaco are sponsoring the third annual Portland’s Next
Top Dog Model contest and event to benefit the Oregon Humane Society.
Parents can enter their pooches by filling out an entry form available
at www.oregonhumane.org/events, or any of the Lexi Dog locations (6767
SW Macadam St, Portland; 416 NW 10th Ave, Portland; 7441 SW Bridgeport,
Tigard; or 366 3rd St, Lake Oswego). All entries must be received by
June 3rd. Dog of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personalities are
encouraged to enter. Clothing optional; judges will not deduct points
from doggie contestants photographed or appearing without clothes.

The top ten small dog and top ten large dog finalists will compete in
the one-of-a-kind canine model showdown on Wednesday, June 17th, 6 pm,
at the Hotel Monaco (506 S.W. Washington at Fifth Avenue). Finalists
will be judged on style, personality and runway demeanor as they strutt
their stuff on the “dogwalk”.

Top Dog Model winners in each category will receive a prize gift basket
valued over $800, including a luxury boutique package from LexiDog
Boutique & Social Club, a glamour photo session and portfolio courtesy
of “Photography by Mimi”, a custom pet portrait, doggie massage, a night
stay at the Hotel Monaco, a Wisdom Panel DNA test from Banfield Pet
Hospital, a year’s supply of dog food from Solid Gold NW, VIP guest
passes to several stylish OHS and LexiDog events throughout the year,
and Top Dog Models will be featured in advertisements for LexiDog
throughout the year.

The public is invited to attend and cheer on their favorite contestants,
with a suggested $10 donation to OHS. To make the evening complete, Red
Star Tavern will provide hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, including
“Muttinis,” with all proceeds from the contest and event going to
support animals at OHS.
